Central Coast Pinot Noir
Formerly known as “Heritage” Pinot Noir, a majority of this blend (70%) comes from the San Luis Obispo Coast complimented by grapes from Santa Ynez, Sta Rita Hills and Santa Lucia Highlands. All four of these growing regions have a strong Pacific influence marked by foggy mornings and sunny, breezy afternoons, ideal conditions for Pinot Noir’s long, slow ripening cycle. This extended hang time helps grapes develop complex flavors and retain natural acidity, while pronounced diurnal shifts preserve freshness and structure.
