Chardonnay Arroyo Seco
Grapes are sourced from the JL Wood Ranch in the Arroyo Seco AVA, located in the heart of Monterey County. Arroyo Seco is one of California’s earliest recognized viticultural areas for Chardonnay with vineyards dating back to the 1970’s. Over millennia, a waterway named “Arroyo Seco” has brought rainwater from the Santa Lucia Mountains and the Los Padres National Forrest to this acclaimed growing region and created a diverse geography featuring rocky soils that’s further enhanced by a cool, windy climate.
